From PJ Media: Your Ranch Dressing Is Destroying the Environment—and the Left Wants to Take It Away

Food is such a subjective thing. What one person may like, another my loathe. Take ranch dressing for example. Millions of people love it, and I’m one of them. Now, I prefer Caesar or green goddess dressing on a salad, but I really enjoy some ranch with french fries (especially from Zaxby’s) or with chicken.

But I get that plenty of other folks don’t like ranch dressing, which is perfectly fine with me. At the same time, while I may not always understand why others enjoy what I don’t care for, I’m certainly not going to hold it against them.

From PJ Media: ACLU Chapter Head Resigns Over Organization’s Emphasis on Transgender Issues

Maya Dillard Smith, who is resigning as leader of the Georgia chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union over her concerns about the organization’s increasing emphasis on transgender issues, especially in light of President Obama’s executive order regarding transgender bathroom use in public schools. She stated that the ACLU has become “a special interest organization that promotes not all, but certain progressive rights.”

Dillard Smith came to her discomfort with the emphasis on opening too many doors for transgender persons when she took her daughters to a public restroom.

From PJ Tatler: Key Figure In Atlanta Public Schools Cheating Scandal Dies


At the end of a circus of a trial in the case of alleged cheating within the Atlanta Public School System, a key figure in that case, former Superintendent Dr. Beverly Hall, has passed away, according to WSB-TV in Atlanta. She lost her battle with breast cancer at the age of 68.

The former administrator, who received an award as National Superintendent of the Year in 2009, resigned her post in 2010 following a report from the State of Georgia which stated that Hall ignored widespread cheating on standardized tests throughout the system. Hall denied involvement and placed the blame for the cheating on others on her staff.

From PJ Tatler: Atlanta’s Serial Killer Caught

Atlanta police have charged 34-year-old Aeman Presley with a September murder days after charging him in three deaths that rocked the city over Thanksgiving and the week after.

Authorities had already charged Presley in conjunction with the shooting deaths of two homeless men while they slept on the streets of Atlanta, as well as with the murder of a popular hairstylist in Decatur, a suburb just east of the city.
